2. Fast Delivery
- Singapore Standard Mail: FREE (for order S$80.00 and above)
- Singapore IslandWide Same Day Delivery [COD] or Order below S$80.00: S$8.00 will be charged
- Worldwide Standard Mail [USA, EU, LATAM, AUS and ASIA]: email for detail
- WorldWide Express [USA, EU, LATAM, AUS and ASIA]: email for detail
3. Backorders
We always keep our stock in healthy status but at times if an item is not in stock, we shall give an expected delivery date. We will also call to confirm that you still need the product at the time of availability prior to shipping any back orders .
4. Returns and Refund
- Health Supplement will be replaced at NO additional cost under standard purchase policy (Health supplement that falls above 80% of capacity of the orginal amount and subjected to stock availability)
